Been to a number of workshops with different brands and have to say that if you have a European prestige or not, these guys know what they’re doing. Affordable prices, quick turnarounds and quality workmanship. Izzy and his team are a dream to deal with and I wouldn’t go anywhere else !

Amazing work, great service and fair quotations. Super friendly receptionist and honesty team of people. I was kept regularly informed throughout the whole process and I am 1000% happy.I had to replace my golf's gear box and was nervous about expecting a hefty price. I did shop around but I am so grateful to come across european prestige car care. In my case, these guys beat other European car specialist prices by big margin.In addition, I unfortunately got rear ended by another driver a few days before I sent my car here for repairs. Again, European Prestige, reviewed and provided a fair quotation, took care of my bumper and she came back super clean!An icing on the cake, I had also requested for a service book maintenance check to compare if the dealership were doing me a dodgy. European prestige confirmed my suspicions, were honest and included a few complimentary service.Amazing place! Would love to come back for my next service.

I was recommended European prestige car last year when I had a transmission problem with my Volkswagon. My first experience with the team and I was extremely impressed with the service. From that first experience with them, I’ve taken my car back for general service and other things I needed. Violeta at reception is so wonderful and I’ve always had a call back and reply to emails with no issues. It’s nice to be able to take your car to a place, where people are friendly, professional and the job is done. Thank you to the team there and for the little things you have done that have gone beyond my expectations.

I have been using them for a few years, love the service but above all technically they are great. Had a problem with Audi A5 no one could find, had differening opinions to fix the problem went to Euro they said your wheel has a buckle in it, they got a new wheel & problem was fixed. Such a simple fix but others couldn't find it or suggested big repairs etc.

Probably the best car service, repair and roadworthy place I’ve been to in terms of reliability and passion. I was enlightened more about my vehicle and learnt about rocker cover hairline cracks. Amazing service from first point of contact when making a booking to lovely staff when picking up our car. We used EPCC for a RWC, and then got then to complete the repairs needed to pass the RWC. All done in a timely manner and at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend using them.

Heading off for a weekend away and 50km from home my Q3 started to shudder and various warning lights appeared - our weekend away looked to be in doubt. A google search found European Prestige Car Care not too far away. We made our way there slowly with the car continuing to shudder and not letting us drive faster than 60km. We arrived at EPCC unannounced and were welcomed by Violeta and then Izzy took charge. They ran some diagnostic checks and identified the problem - a faulty spark plug resulting in the car misfiring. Izzy and Violeta were both friendly and professional, only too pleased to be of assistance. We were not charged for the work and time that they spent on the car - refreshing to see these days. We were able to continue our journey and enjoyed a great weekend away thanks to Izzy and Violeta. If I didn’t live so far away I would be taking my car their for my regular service. Well done to Izzy, Violeta and the team at EPCC.

Went in thinking gearbox would have to be removed based on the symptoms. By the end of the day, and possibly many thousands of dollars less, the van (Fiat Ducato) was ready. Truly a 5-star service! Needed to replace door mirror for VW Arteon and gave these people a call after reading good review on Google, they absolutely came through! Price was fair, communication was timely and professional, and the job was done clean and neat. Just chatting with them I could tell they are passionate about cars, knowledgeable, and honest in their directions and advice. A nice lounge too with a view to their workshop, they've got nothing to hide unlike other mechanics. If this isn't 5-star experience, I don't know what is.

Had an accident, someone hit into me, I had a option to chose who to repair my car, based on reviews, I took my car to European prestige car care, when I went to pick up the car after it had been fixed, I couldn’t believe that my car looked the same way as brand new, I was very happy with my decision, they had also cleaned the car. These guys too are right up there for service, professionalism and ethics. They refused payment for breakdown which was a loose sensor and time to locate and fix it. Cleared a bunch of codes after telling me what they were too. As I broke down and was trying to get to work out of town, Issy had my car in the garage and on a hoist in 15min. I was lucky to find these guys after a transmission failure that could not be addressed by the car manufacturer's dealer within a reasonable time despite being a customer for over a decade. I called European Prestige Car Care and the car was booked in almost immediately for a diagnosis. The car was towed there following which I spoke to Izzy who gave me a complete run down of what they would do and this gave me immediate re-assurance that I was in the right hands. The next morning Izzy called to advise that they had carried out a diagnosis and determined that the transmission failure was due to a well known fault with that type of transmission which was subject to several past recalls and that my car had the recall work previously completed. He advised that they could indeed repair the transmission however he suggested I re-approach the manufacturer for repairs under goodwill. Izzy also provided a written report on the diagnosis and a recommendation to have the fault addressed by the manufacturer. Izzy could have easily taken my money (several thousand) however he was honest and treated me with respect and put customer care before profit. I don't know what will transpire with dealer, but I do know I have found an honest and professional repairer in European Prestige Car Care and I have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them for any work to euro branded cars. I'm sincerely grateful to Izzy and the team at European Prestige Car Care for the respect and professionalism afforded to me. If I could give 10 stars I would.
